Can't fault them in any way. I arranged a viewing, took it for a test drive, then discussed the part exchange value of my car. While I thought it over, I had a couple of questions for Nick, then a few days later I left them with my old car and drove away a happy man. They made the paperwork nice and simple, explained the warranty etc. Thank you Nick.

I purchased a Mercedes C250 from Midlands Garage back in May. Great service, I was picked up from the local station and the car was ready for me to test drive and inspect. I was able to go through the paperwork in depth and never hurried. I've done over 3000 miles in the car now with no issues, a genuinely good handpicked example by the team at Midlands Garage who were a pleasure to deal with. Also provided was a high end warranty package with the dealer paying the majority of the cost, far better than the average warranty provided at many dealerships. Very happy with my experience here.

Today I bought a xf jaguar off nick & jamie what a great couple of guys they showed me the car explained I asked about I took it for test drive and bought it we noticed the brake pads were getting low what did these boys do sent me for a coffee and replaced them for me before they let me have the car exceptional service fantastic from start to finish I would strongly recommend buying a car off these guys thank you love the car

Had a great experience with Midland, dealing with Anthony from the start to the end. He very kindly collected me from the train station. The attention to detail speaks volumes about them and they are fully deserving of the 5 star they hold.

Jamie was ace dealing with my car and the one I was buying. With the pandemic being around during a lockdown phase the only option was for click and collect with payment upfront. A lot of trust needs to go into a dealing like that. However jamie and his team were very professional and super trusting to get the end result with me leaving with my new Range Rover. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks again.
