Jamie was ace dealing with my car and the one I was buying. With the pandemic being around during a lockdown phase the only option was for click and collect with payment upfront. A lot of trust needs to go into a dealing like that. However jamie and his team were very professional and super trusting to get the end result with me leaving with my new Range Rover. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks again.

From my first telephone contact to driving the purchased car away. I could not fault the Midland Garages salesmen. Their professionalism, knowledge, communication and flexibility all were second to none. Having previously in the last 30yrs bought over 25 cars, my experience with the Midland team, was easily in the top three experiences. All the cars on the forecourt looked in excellent condition. My particular purchase was extremely well presented, looking and feeling like a brand new car. If and when I need to purchase a further car, Midland Garage will be the first name entered into my search engine.

Bought landrover discovery sport 2 weeks ago, the person I dealt with was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, had 1 hiccup but it was sorted as soon as I realised, they even made me new number plates for my private reg free of charge

Buying our car from Jamie, Nick and the team was easy, comfortable and we felt assured that everything was in order. They were professional and friendly and made the whole experience a good one! Just back from Stockport after picking up my car from the garage would thoroughly recommend buying a car from Anthony &Nick the process was smooth all done by phone and email no hassle, travelled from Scotland to get the car I was after, well worth the journey, they even picked us up at the station Service is 5 star!!!!! I went to view a Mini at Midland Garage this week. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I took the Mini for a test drive and liked the car, I'd been after a mini for a while and it was in my price range. I was ready to buy the car and take it away until I saw the MOT certificate, which contained a number of advisories that are likely expensive to fix (a couple of leaks, including on the hydraulic power steering and three corroded brake pipes). I know Minis aren't the most reliable cars and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but I don't want to buy a car that needs so many fixes. I was very disappointed when I left. Can't fault the chap who I dealt with, I just wish the car had been in a better condition or the issues had been better communicated before I had decided to buy it. Despite this, I would probably buy from Midland in the future, as they offer a three month warranty and don't charge admin fees, which is much better than the dealership I bought my previous car from.

Dear Jamie, Thank you for your feedback, your compliments regarding our pleasant and helpful service have been passed onto the relevant staff members. We are sorry you were disappointed with the car you viewed. The 14 year old Mini in question does have some advisories on the MOT, however all these items were checked over by our in-house mechanic and are not serious issues requiring expensive repairs, hence only being noted as advisories. MOT laws and regulations are very strict and if there was any safety concerns the vehicle would not have passed. However, we are pleased to hear you would consider purchasing from us in the future and look forward to your next visit.
